This year I am going to the Sunday of Leeds Festival with my friends, so I'm obviously super excited about that. The bands playing on that day include Royal Blood, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Circa Waves and Twin Atlantic - four of my favourites of all time. I am also excited about my choice of clothes for the day.. So yesterday I went into town to get some accessories to go with my outfit.
Just quickly, this is what I wore yesterday to go shopping
It's Only Rock and Roll top - New Look, £4 in the sales, (full post here)
Dark Blue Skinny Jeans - Topshop, £40
Black Boots (that you can't really see) - River Island, £70
Red Love Heart Ring - I think this was from Internacionale about 7 years ago, God everyone loved that shop. RIP.
Lipstick - Rimmel Kate in shade 01.
For the festival, I have decided I want my look to be quite boho and 70s, so I am going to be wearing a lot of camel colours, browns and white. Everything I bought was from Primark, because who doesn't love it? I firstly bought these sunglasses, really big and round; with a leopard print frame

I thought these were really quite simple and stylish and of course practical for an outdoor festival in Summer (hopefully some sort of miracle will give us some nice weather while we are there), and if you have bought sunglasses from Primark before, you will know they come with a little handy bag so they don't get scratched by keys and other unknown items that are lying in our handbags. These were £3.
Next, was a necklace which I just fell in love with.

The chain is quite short, and I plan to wear a scoopy, white, off the shoulder top, so this will be perfect to dress it up. I love all the different elements of it; the feathers and the jewels go so well together and this is 100% gypsy/boho style. It was £6.
Next, of course I had to get some rings. I am obsessed with rings and love wearing lots together. So I got two different sets.

I love all the different stones in these rings, and the colours go together so well. These packets both include regular and midi rings. Midi rings are perfect for people like me, because even if you have a ring on every finger, they just mean you can get more than one on each, haha! I love them. The first set were £4, and the second were £2.50, which to be honest I really don't understand, they're both just as nice... but whatever.
I got this little fringed bag which I thought would be a perfect size for everything I need, and perfectly suited to my outfit also. It is a cross over bag but I am going to try and alter it to make more of a bum bag, just because it's a lot easier and safer. It was £7. I also got a flower garland for my hair, which I am unsure whether or not to wear, but it was only £3. Due to the flower contemplation, I also got a hat.
I noticed that this hat wasn't too big, or floppy for an excitable me to be wearing whilst jumping around dancing to my favourite songs, and it was pretty, and has a little feather at the side, so why not? £9.
That is all for the things that I bought, but I thought I would feature a couple of makeup products that would be perfect for anyone wanting to achieve a hippy/boho look for a festival, a party, or just throughout the summer.

This eyeshadow palette was actually a gift at Christmas, so I'm not sure of exact shade colours, but it includes a vanilla/golden base eyeshadow, a stunning copper colour, and two maroony colours, which don't infact look too maroony on these photos, but they are. So yep. This palette can be used to create a really grungey, dark smokey eye, with a golden inner corner with the two top shades.
The first shade is more of a pink/nude, called Pure Zen, and the second is a peach/brown, called Peachstock. Perfect for pairing with a smokey eye.
